Rankup Problems (III)

Hey, so I did II once, and I got III.
When I was playing with a friend, I clicked the I rankup sign (to go to II), and I lost my III rank. Is there any way I can get it back? I have a screenshot of the rankup sign at II.

If you can't do anything then eh, whatever, I'll just man through it, but I was just wondering.
